Esteban Navarrete, Director of 3D Marine Developments, is a seasoned Senior Naval Architect with nearly 35 years of experience. Born with a passion for the sea and boat design, Esteban’s early love for sailing in his coastal hometown sparked a lifelong dedication to naval architecture.

 

Career Milestones

Esteban’s career took off at Hercus Marine Group (Incat Designs), where he spent 17 years under the mentorship of Phillip Hercus, a titan in the Australian Naval Architecture industry. Here, Esteban quickly rose to the challenge, becoming responsible for intricate 3D modeling within just two years. His time at Incat was marked by exhilarating challenges and groundbreaking designs that shaped his professional journey.

 

Professional Expertise

Beyond Incat, Esteban collaborated with other prestigious firms, including One2Three Naval Architects, solidifying his reputation in the industry. His portfolio includes approximately 300 meticulously crafted 3D projects, ranging from mono-hulls and catamarans to trimarans, with a highlight being his role in modeling the record-setting Wave Piercers and Trimaran prototype for the fastest passenger ferry crossing of the Atlantic.
